Home Physical Therapy

Our offices are excited to begin this new chapter in our journey to wellness – we are now offering home physical therapy services to the communities of Sussex and Kent Counties! Our therapist, Pampi Pamplona PT, DPT will be delivering home pt services outside of the office. We will be covering most areas of Sussex County, and households in Milford and Harrington of Kent County. Patients can expect a similar treatment in the comfort of their home to what they would expect to receive in one of our outpatient offices. We are accepting Medicare, Medicare Supplement Plans (Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage Plans), and self-pay for our home pt services.
